Summer 2024, delayed review due to illness.
Car was stinking of dogs, radio didn't work, no ariel, wasn't serviced as had to do it myself. Got rid of the car after 6 weeks, didn't know about consumer rights or I would have taken it back, not bothered with what I lost. As my health was more important at the time,I paid cash. Should have went to main dealer and did and no complaints about them. Health now 99% so maybe a bit late doing a review.

Ignore you when there’s an issue
Bought a car end of August and realised a few days later that the screen in the car doesn’t always work. I called them and he said to fix it I would have to leave the car with them for a few days, however, despite saying that I need the car for work and that I lived over an hour away, there was no offer of a courtesy car to help resolve the issue. He basically couldn’t care less. Also ignored my emails when telling them about the issue with attached photos of the faults. Disappointing

Great Service Support

First Car for my Daughter
I bought a Fiat 500 as a first car for my daughter. Tim and the team went over and above in the service they provided. The car was immaculate and great value for money. They stored the car until Christmas Eve for us. This is the second car I have bought from FLC, the first being a VW polo for my son and i cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cannot get better than FLC.
After recently relocating back to the UK I desperately needed a car which would serve me on the smaller English streets. I immediately found one I liked and had the good fortune of Frank helping me. The whole procedure was completed before I knew it and I drove away in my new car! Cannot speak highly enough of the service provided - Frank was professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly and kind, and then even followed up with me two days later. Good People
Over the years have bought several new and used vehicles. Many large garages are mostly impersonal as the people working there have no attachment to the company. This is not the feeling I got with FLC.
I had seen the car I bought online and as the garage was reasonably close decided to just drop by.
I was met by Dan who was very happy for me to look at the car by myself, he just gave me the key😁.
The price on it was different to what I had seen online and Dan was completely fine with that.
We took the car for a drive, after which i decided to put down a small deposit on it.
I had noticed a few minor issues with the car and Dan said he would resolve them.
We discussed a date to pick the car up and payment options.
I arrived on the agreed date.
I was provided with a fresh MOT with no advisories…. Brake Pads had been changed as they came up in the MOT…. Thank you🤲🏽
The process was smooth and Dan was helpful and accommodating. The car was presented to me fully valeted.
The team at FLC obviously take pride in their business and I will definitely come back when I decide to update my car.
Thanks a lot chaps for restoring my faith in the Car industry. 🤲🏽

FLC have a very good selection of used vehicles and the staff are friendly and helpful. My car came without a locking wheel nut and tyre repair kit but within a couple of days I received both through the post. Can’t ask for more. I would definitely purchase my next used car from FLC. Completely mugging off customers
Went in the beginning of January saw this 1 particular vehicle which they still have! I spoke to a man and explained my financial position which was easy to work with. He was not interested at all it was no, no, it will go quickly. It’s been a month. Anyway I call as I haven’t even seen it open. And his colleague answered I asked what the mileage was over 100,000. It was extremely over priced very warn leather seats.

Incredible customer service
Brought a car from FLC last June which unfortunately had some issues later on in the year. The whole team were absolutely fabulous, paid for all of the work to be done, offered me a courtesy car, and even returned it clean with a full tank of fuel. We’ve now purchased a second vehicle with them as they really look after their customers. Couldn’t recommended them enough.

The staff where friendly
The staff at the dealership have been friendly even all call. They thought l had said Saturday collection but still managed due process everything that Friday. They have quick hassle free finance , no bankstaments or payslips requested.

The car is beautiful but while driving from London to Durham l realised drivers heated seat is not working but since l didn’t buy extended warranty l would need to take the car to London from Durham. I also don’t know if adverts are not obliged to say car has single key and no car mats so that you know before buying 🙈🙈. Am a woman lol l don’t know much about car buying. My experience was good would consider using them again , l will just ask questions

Three months on from buying a Fiesta from FLC we have had no problems at all with the car; drives like a dream. I phoned FLC and spoke to Dan. He arranged for several cars to be available to me to view. He was very well informed on all the vehicles and helped me find the right one for my daughter. I decided on a one owner low mileage Q3 diesel manual. After a few minor details a trade in was agreed and they delivered the new car to us at home and collected the old one.
FLC cars is a well established business while Dan delivers and excellent customer experience.

Bad experience, I would not recommend anyone to go there.
I purchased Audi Q5 on the last day of July this year. The price of the vehicle was high in consideration of the low mileage; however the back seat headrest and boot space cover were missing. The sales executive promised to send it by parcel, after few weeks I received boot space cover but no headrest, he states that he could not receive a headrest from the owner and try to arrange an alternative but can't give the new one, I am still waiting to receive the head rest.
The second problem that happened after 4 weeks of purchase was battery leakage,
I managed and fixed with the new battery; however, one week later battery was flat. The auto electrician found some issue with battery leakage but could not pinpoint it.
I asked the sales executive whether this issue existed earlier, but He denied it.
Now I am driving this vehicle with the fear of break down because of an electric problem.

Honest dealership : not internet car lot selling
Just bought my sons first car from FLC. First class experience from all the staff and we travelled up from Stratford upon Avon as there was nothing local that could offer anything like the standard and customer service that FLC offered. Whole process was straightforward from the initial phone call to pick up. Alfa was immaculate on collection and nice to see genuine, honest standards still exist in today’s somewhat eccentric world.
