Great first time experience please read
I read some reviews and most were good, but there was one that had a negative undertone from a lady who said about Adam . And when I received a call from RMG about my van it was Adam who dealt with me, and I thought oh dear 😂.

But if I’m being completely honest this is my first time buying a van and from the beginning, I was well informed. Told when the van would be ready, fresh MOT done within days, I was able to collect it way earlier than expected due to the efficiency of Adam and RMG motors. They even offered to do a service on it if I wanted something changed, which at the time I didn’t.

When I went to collect the van Adam was very informative and explained everything to me and even helped me fill in the application as it was my first time. Filled up my van with coolant and brought it out for me to drive instantly. All within five minutes of me arriving.

Also, if something goes wrong with the van you are covered by a 6 month warranty and also free AA breakdown cover which is a great bonus. And a great thing that RMG motors offers. Some playing only do 3 months warranty. Something flashed up on my van I called Adam, I took it to the garage and Adam and RMG paid immediately once discovering the fault. Also covering all the fees. Some people may like to a skid you when selling the car, but these guys know your calling about something which they may have to pay for and they will do everything they can to help you.

So thank you to Adam and RMG because you made this an enjoyable and trust worthy/building experience and if I ever require new wheels you’ll be the first place I look. I extremely recommend Adam and RMG motors

RMG was sixtie miles away but we chose them.
My husband bought this car for me and he found the experience positive, my husband wanted to bring a mechanic to vet the car and Jessie welcomed him, my son has said he would strongly consider buying a car from RMG. The car after a few weeks of driving feels like an honest car.

Dealt with Grant at the Basildon Branch for the 2nd time in three years and the service is exceptional. Grant and the team work tirelessly to make sure the customer receives the best possible service, everything is dealt with swiftly, part ex's, new cars MOT/Service etc etc.

Very Good experience
Callum was very helpful. Couple of things needed doing which he sorted out. Log book arrived in 3 days. Sat nav SD card was missing but came within a week. Negotiated a fare price. So far so good would definitely purchase from them again.

Awful company. I put a £250 deposit on a car .was told I would be kept updated on the progress of the car as they where buying it in for me from a auction unfortunately due to personal reasons I could no longer purchase the car so I let them know straight away. And all they where worried about was me going to view car so I explained that I am still not going to be buying the car. I had a lot of trouble getting my refund back .luckily as I hadn't seen the car and I was requesting my deposit back they had to by law as it is called a long distance sale . Look on ebay it explains everything. I then was being told the manager wanted to talk to me first .I once explained AGAIN I am now longer going to purchase they car and speaking to anyone WILL NOT make any difference. I then got ignored. Next day I messaged again a d was told its now with the accounts department. Another day went on and I was fobbed off with more rubbish .this was last straw I then gave them till end of day to fully refund my deposit by end of working day. Strangley enough almost instantly finally got my refund .BEWARE OF THE BULLYING TACTICS THAT THIS COMANY WILL TRY TO USE AT END OF DAY I TOLD THEM ASAP I WAS NO LONGER PURCHASING THE CAR FROM THEM .NOT ONCE DID THEY ASK WHY ALL THEY SEEMED INTERSTEAD IN DOING WAS TRYING TO KEEP MY £250 DEPOSIT .IV SINCE RED LOTS OF FEEDBACK ON TRUST PILOT AND ALSO THERE WEBSITE AND UNFORTUNATELY LOTS ALSO NOT GOOD FEEDBACK

Great when vying the car after don’t want to know
So upon purchasing the car they were very good indeed, when you buy a car you have a snap shot only till you get it home to inspect in more detail which I did… I found that the door card is loose the the boot lid spoiler is loose I’ve messaged out many times and now no replies to help I took out the 400 pound warranty also with yourself I am decent chap bought my family down also and now the friendly ness customer service has just gone and is just poor I will be vistiting personally to get this resolved the car it’s self is fine.

Excellent customer service
I had a seamless experience with the team at RMG when buying my new-to-me car. Alfie was really helpful without pushing the sale. He was also able to get the part exchange I wanted on my old car which I was very pleased about.
When I collected my new car it was clean and they even gave it a new MOT. Unfortunately on the way home I had a fault light come up which turned out to be the battery. When I called the next day Alfie offered to cover the cost of replacing it straight away with no quibbles. I’d highly recommend the RMG team for their quality, fairness and customer service.

Found a gorgeous car on Reynolds website, made an enquiry and got a text straight away from Liam who said he would be there to help me and that he did.
From start to finish, Liam has been fantastic.
Went and viewed the car, got a fantastic welcome from Liam when arriving. Went for a test drive and loved it.
In less than a week, I'm now driving my dream car. Lots of communication from Liam throughout and nothing was to much trouble. I wasn't rushed or pushed to purchase the car at all, it was all done very smoothly and speaking to Liam was like speaking with a friend not a car salesman.
