Excellent and smooth sale
Sold my S Class to them through Motorway website. They phoned me to confirm address and when they could come to collect my car. They rang again when leaving Northampton to confirm arrival time and turned up bang on time. Two guys turned up and almost seemed like friends by the time they left. Quick check of the car, payment and transfer all completed before end of their test drive. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very good and friendly service
After showing my interest of a vehicle on Auto Trader, the follow up phone call was friendly and helpful. A date and time was arranged to view and pick up vehicle. When I arrived at the garage there was a nice warm welcome from staff. Drinks were offered to me which was nice while I viewed the car. Only thing to complain about was a few minor chips in the paintwork, which were quickly rectified before I purchased the vehicle. I also noticed a piece of trim missing from the rear of the vehicle near the rear lights when i got home. But when i called and mentioned it I was assured a piece of trim would be posted to me which i am still waiting for. Overall, good service.

Viewed a car online and arranged a viewing. When my wife and I got there the car was already washed and placed where we could see it properly. We decided to buy the car but had a problem getting back to the garage on the arranged pick up day. Great relaxed and friendly service.
Clint was genuinely friendly and interested on arrival. Given the keys and put in petrol for me to have a long test drive. Fair trade in price inline with Motorway price for my car. Very happy with my Mini Cooper S, not bad for a spur of the moment drop in to just have a look. Car was very clean and tidy on display and if possible even cleaner on collection. No pressure to buy and a genuinely pleasurable experience. Would recommend without a doubt. Have to say, all the team were super friendly and the tea was great!

Car Buying Made Easy
We started our search for a used car using a popular website. We entered the parameters into the search box and a selection of vehicles was found. The car we chose was from Crystal Motors. We did some research into the company and we liked what we saw. Well established, no negative feedback and all the cars they had on sale looked good.
We called and spoke with Adrian and asked if the Mercedes we wanted was still available, it was. Adrian gave us a very detailed history of the car and confirmed all the particular details we were looking for. We said we'll buy it but we need help with finance. Again, Adrian was extremely helpful and organised a decent loan with the low deposit we wanted to make.
We made arrangements to collect the car 10 days after purchasing. We arrived at Crystal Motors and Adrian dealt with all the paperwork for taxing and new ownership through DVLA. Adrian assured us that everything was in working order but, should we have any problems and in accordance with the 12 month warranty, to call him and Crystal Motors would take care of everything. We took proud ownership of our "new" car and Adrian presented us with a lovely bottle of bubbly.
All in all a very easy experience for us and, without hesitation, a huge recommendation for Crystal Motors, Adrian and the rest of the staff.

A 5 Star Service
Would like to say a big thank you to Crystal Motor Company for the 5 star service I received when purchasing a car for my daughter. Had been looking for a while and finally saw a great little car and phoned the garage straight away. Spoke to Adrian and agreed to put a deposit down until I could view the car as I didn’t live locally. It was definitely worth the drive as both Adrian and Clint were so supportive during the whole process. All documentation was in place and the car was sparkling.
