Owner I am so sorry on the below, there are always two side.
We are most certainly not cowboys, we have been here 30 years and we try and do the right thing.
We did indeed have an issue with this car which we can prove in which the vender refused the car back, so we have had to spend in the region of 2k to get this fixed, it might seem like we have put the price up however we are a business and have lost a lot on this car, we have however fixed this car its due back to us in this week. We also give our customers the choice to go ahead or cancel the deal and in this case the issue was going to take some times so we requested the vendor to have it back, went through a process which is not fair to you it would have been another few weeks. We have a duty to our customer and I will always stand by that, we get a bad review for trying to be honest and if we where to have gone ahead with the sale and you had an issue we would have then got a bad review, we just try and do the right thing.
I am sorry this was not made clear to you, however we like to be honest with our customer in which we where with you. The car is not sold, we simply had an issue which would have presented to you in a couple of weeks, what sort of garage would we have been them.
I am extremely sorry you feel let down, however honesty is the best way to be and I will always stick by this, I am more than happy to send you the invoices for the car so you can take a look at the issues and if you still interested I can try and get the original price to signed off. Its not about the money always in this situation its about customer buying a car and making sure its right, you would have been very upset in two week of having it and then myself telling you we need your new car for 4 weeks for repair, that's not acceptable by any standard.
