    Absolutely amazing customer service form Cameron in the sales department. I bought a BMW a week ago after driving a 5 hour round trip to view it and something coming up which meant I couldn’t drive it away. Cameron then ensured that all was rectified before delivering it on a Saturday evening in his own time after doing almost a full days work at the showroom before setting off for a 5 hour round trip! Highly recommend this garage! 5 🌟 service

          Reported issues when picking car up and after driving home to Glasgow
          Keep getting excuses but no action.
          Car I bought only had one key, salesman told me he’d contact local to me key replacement companies to get a “trade price”
          Still waiting even after numerous emails.
          Got an issue with my stop start, forums say it’s 99% a battery issue. But I’ve to try and get a garage to check battery

          Keep getting excuses about being short staffed etc

          I’d avoid at all costs and go elsewhere

                          Just run away. You’ll be lied to, you’ll be sold a complete load of junk. You’ll be told in a reply to the new age , how hard they worked to help you. You’ll be told how you did everything incorrectly ( which isn’t true ). Dodgy mots. Complete refusal to fix issues. The whole experience is one that nobody should be subjected to. Just ask yourself how these bunch of clowns can’t keep a sales person for more than 2 months at a time. Keep away from ginger.

                            I was prepared to travel anywhere in the UK from the Midlands in order to get the right campervan at the right price. When I found a high spec'd VW T7 at Crowthers I took the train to a very wet and dismal Newcastle in December, just to have a look. The camper looked great and I initially spoke to Paul who was extremely knowledgeable, he didn't do any hard sell and even offerd to give me a lift back to the train station when I told him I needed to think about it. Unknowingly to me Paul was the company owner and he didn't use any hard sell techniques.
                            After looking at a couple of other campers it was clear that Crowthers camper was the best spec'd and best value for money in the country, so after a few calls I bought the VW T7. Another train trip to Newcastle on a cold wet day and I met Steve the salesman. Steve was great, again he was very knowledgeable about the campers they sell. Steve was extremely patient and nothing was too much trouble, he even made a great cuppa tea.
                            Steve's mantra, which is upheld by the company is Without customers, there would be no company. As such ensuring that the customer is looked after throughout the whole experience of buying a new car, from initial viewing to buying, as well as customer aftercare, ensures that the company continues to provide a five star service.
                            Steve definitely lives up to this and any glitches.

                                                                                            First time I have bought a car without seeing and test driving due to distance from home but wanted to trust the process. Gary that I dealt with was very good, informative and helped to smooth the process so had confidence all was going to be ok. Deal was all in place to make one journey and pass on my vehicle and drive away in new vehicle. My new car was generally what I expected, looks great and accepting that there may be a few age related marks on a 4 year old car. However on returning home (my fault also) I found a large number of scuff marks on the body work in various places, thankfully I have managed to polish out the majority and look good, I don’t know why these were not done as part of the preparation as I was able to do them. There are a couple of areas touched up with the completely wrong shade of white that could have been picked up and done right? Not suggesting CROWTHER did this but really should have been re done. I now need to get these sorted at my cost. Finally the rear parcel roller shelf has liquid stains, again these will come off but why not done as part off prep? Otherwise car is good. Would I do the long distance/ blind purchase again, probably not but it wouldn’t stop me dealing with CROWTHER again as long as the above issues would be resolved going forward.

                                                                                                We spent months searching for “the one” when we finally found her nothing was too much for these guys - they made us feel comfortable and helped us every step along the way- we feel that everyone at Crowthers went above and beyond arranging add ons on our new van answering numerous questions and always there with a smile - we would highly recommend Crowthers not just because they have some amazing vans but the guys really do make your dreams come true! A big thanks to everyone we’ve not stopped smiling since we collected our Scooby 2!
