Very Easy Experience
We were quite nervous to set up a new website after a bad previous experience setting up our original site with a different company. However, our new site looks fantastic and everything that we asked for was accommodated.
When they sent through the draft site we wanted a few amendments to be made, so I contacted Ben and he immediately agreed (getting a quick grasp of what our company was about and how we could achieve this) and he also suggested a few other ideas and they were then quickly carried out and sent back to us. Lots of ideas were thrown about from start to finish so we could create a great looking site. Highly recommend, I cannot fault the service from Ben as everything that I asked for was created and explained to me if I didn't understand something. The training is very extensive so you can use everything before starting.

Great service all round
Been a Click Dealer customer now for a few months. It takes a while to get used to all the tools the DMS gives you but the 'Clickers' are always on the end of the phone to help. I've been very pleased with their products and service.

I have been with ClickDealer for a few months now and I can highly recommend them.

Best Company I've EVER Dealt With!
Click dealer is an absolute must for anyone in the motor trade. All of the staff are a credit to the company and resolve any issues I may have quickly and efficiently. I'm so so glad I left the useless Autotrader and moved to Click. It was fast, easy and we have seen sales increase by at least 60% just by moving websites!
Honestly, if you're worried about making the move, don't be. The clickers are awesome, you get so many more features for free and I guarantee you will see your sales increase, the monthly bills reduce and your happiness rocket! <3

Excepitonal system and help
The help that we received from Gary was exceptional, every question we asked was answered. Click is as good and better value for money than much larger (and more expensive) DMS systems I have used. It does everything we need from a DMS and the support we have received is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Click and Gary as well.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE!
We have been using Click Dealer for around 2 years now. We are really impressed with the system and the service provided. Whenever we make web changes they are always dealt with efficiently and we are always kept up to date with the progress of the changes. The system we use is so easy to navigate. Its great how we can use it to manage the stock book as well as advertising, not just on our website but on a vast range of other advertising websites. Would definitely recommend to any trader especially the ones that are just starting up as the price is unbelievably cheap for the services that they provide. Keep up the good work!

Was speaking to Ashley from the sales team and due to COVID-19 I fell pretty ill and was out of action for a short period of time which resulted in our correspondence lasting several months. In the end we ended up signing up with a different company for our DMS system but nevertheless Ashley's customer service was impeccable. Very rarely does someone give it 100% for so long and actively show a positive attitude. He was always willing to go the extra mile which i really liked, a real credit to the Clickdealer team
