      We visited on the Sunday to look at a few cars we’d seen online and on the Monday we collected our new car. It was so easy and straightforward. Russell, the salesman was so helpful and really friendly. There was no pressure just advice when we needed it and very easy when we decided to buy.             Drove from Hampshire to Newport to view a Vauxhall Combo and was delighted with the service provided from the whole team. Shane contacted us minutes after we enquired about the vehicle and booked us in early the next morning! We felt Shane went above and beyond when fitting us in as we had such a short space of time we could come to view the vehicle, which we really appreciated. Britannia Motors had a great price compared to other garages and are absolutely loving the car, no issues at all.

                                    I purchased a lovely Honda from this dealer and I'm very pleased with it. Immaculate condition which goes for all the cars they have there, I struggled to find fault with it or a speck of dust in the car. The attention to detail was superb, there's no rubbish on their court. It was a relaxed experience, my young son and I were made to feel welcome and I would like to thank Archie for being so hospitable as to greet us and make us coffee and soft drinks. I was given as much time as I wanted to inspect and test drive the car without interference or pressure but Archie was attentive if I needed information. I was given good money for my old PX and left with a 3 month dealer warranty. I would definitely come back to Britannia again and would recommend them to friends and family. They seem like a customer orientated and transparent dealer. After i bought the car my son even got to sit in a BMW sports convertible and start it up which made his day.

                                        The best customer experience I have ever had
                                        I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so today. I bought a second hand car from this garage over the weekend, and my experience with them was brilliant from start to finish. Firstly, I travelled from London, so they arranged for (and paid for) a taxi to pick me up from the station. Then, the process of actually buying the vehicle was really straight forward; I’m not usually a fan of a salesman, but there was no sense of that typical approach here. Archie (who talked me through everything) did so brilliantly and I thought his manner with me was spot on. I also really liked the fact that he didn’t pressurise me into buying any extras - in fact, he didn’t even mention any! Furthermore, on returning home with the vehicle, I realised there was an issue with the air con - they straight away arranged for someone to come to my work place in London and resolve it - truly fantastic service! But most of all, they have provided me with an excellent vehicle at significantly better value than anywhere else I could find - and I have spent 6 months looking! Great job. If I ever buy a car again, you are the first place I’m looking!

                                                                  Went to visit Britannia Motor on the 29th March to see the blue Ford Tourneo Connect but also saw the white version. I was able to test drive both cars and inspect them both top to bottom. Russel Stoneman was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole sale. The car had a couple of things to do like a valet etc Russel didn't hesitate to get it all sorted. Would highly recommend and will be back in the future. Thank you for helping me upgrade the car.

Stuart was so patient with us as we viewed a few vehicles, and our chosen vehicle a further twice. Stuart took the time to show us all aspects is the vehicle, all service history and documents, even calling Vauxhall to check for any recalls, which there weren't, but was a great piece of mind. The transaction was smooth and we left with all paperwork, a full and pristine valet and a thorough explanation of how the vehicle worked inside and out. The vehicle was in immaculate condition with very low mileage, with the comparable price not beaten by any other retailer nationwide. We were made to feel extremely welcome in the showroom in all visits, and were assured of the after sales communication process should any issues occur, which they haven't. We visited Britannia following numerous recommendations from other local friends who have used them, and we will definitely return. It is hard to come across genuine car sales people, but we were genuinely reassured here. Thankyou Britannia and Stuart.

The first vehicle I bought in November 2025 was perfect. My circumstances changed in February 2026. Gave the guys a call to part x the first vehicle. Told them what I wanted and they came back as close as they could. Very fair. I drove up the same day from Hampshire to collect my new vehicle. Arrived, and within 45 minutes was on my way back home. Very smooth transaction. If you're looking for excellent service and nice vehicles, I'd highly recommend.

                                                                                              I have had a great experience with Britannia Motor Company, dealt with a lovely gentleman named Russell, would like to say that car was as advertised, and got a full detailed viewing alongside a test run with the car. Came from a very long way to see the vehicle and Britannia Motor Company was extremely professional, polite and acommodating. Russell picked me up from the train station, which he didnt have to but made a trip to pick me up, offered me refreshments, went through the vehicle with me all concise clear and transparent. Russell even spoke to my Finance Lender to help me get me on my way sooner not to close the sale but out of consideration of my journey. Due to my finance being delayed Russell dropped me back off to station and told me how to get to my hotel aswell and all the good food places they have around there. Next day once my finance lender done their bit, Russell called me back and done the car transfer and even taxed the vehicle at the post office, gave me my tax receipt alongside all my vehicle documents double checked it all and sent me on my way with a very good car. I cant thank BMC enough special thanks to Russell, who looked after me all the way through and keeping me posted all the way through. Even the aftersales was amazing, The company thrives on delivering genuine customer service and care, have recommended them already to many friends and family. Thanks again to Russell and BMC for the quality of car and care. You wont be disappointed making a purchase from here. 5 stars from me
